With the 'absolute nullity' decision from the court, a new move came from the administration of Kemal Kılıçdaroğlu, who returned to the position of CHP Chairman.
PARTY LAWYER TOLGA ŞİRİN DISMISSED FROM REPRESENTATION
Constitutional law expert Prof. Dr. Tolga Şirin, who was one of the party's lawyers, announced that he was dismissed from his duty.
Announcing the development via a statement on his social media account, Şirin said, 'With the notification I just received, I have learned that the Republican People's Party, of which I was a lawyer, has dismissed me from representation. Courtesy would have required that this matter be communicated to me in advance and directly. Since the case is public, I present it to the public's knowledge.'
