Confession from Max Kruse: One third of my body is fat.

The weight of former Fenerbahçe football player Max Kruse has often been a subject of speculation throughout his career. Despite retiring from active professional football for a year and a half, the 36-year-old Kruse continues to struggle with the numbers on the scale.

"33% OF MY BODY IS FAT"

Kruse, who had his body fat percentage measured, revealed, "My doctor told me that 33% of my body is fat," expressing his shocking diagnosis. Kruse jokingly commented on this situation, saying, "One-third of my body is made up of fat."

Kruse also admitted that he felt embarrassed for a brief moment upon learning this result. "33% is quite a remarkable ratio," said Kruse, who mentioned that he has lost a few kilos during this process. "I am currently below 100 kilograms again," he added. The former German footballer also stated that he plans to use fat-reducing injections with his doctor. Kruse also mentioned that he can no longer exercise every day like he used to.
