ROLLED OFF CLIFF WHILE MANEUVERING IN THE GARDEN
The accident occurred around 16:00 in Çubuklu neighborhood of Ulubey district. According to claims, Hakkı Temel lost control of the pickup truck with license plate 53 HD 148 while maneuvering in the garden. The vehicle, whose driver lost steering control, rolled down approximately 350 meters of cliff and overturned into a stream bed.
DRIVER DEAD, WIFE SERIOUSLY INJURED
Upon notification from bystanders, gendarmerie, fire brigade, and medical teams were dispatched to the accident scene. During the medical team's examination, it was determined that driver Hakkı Temel had lost his life. His wife, Hacer Temel, who was a passenger and seriously injured in the accident, was taken to Ulubey State Hospital by ambulance. Hacer Temel, who was in critical condition, was subsequently referred to Ordu State Hospital after initial intervention.
Hakkı Temel's body was taken to the morgue of Ulubey State Hospital for autopsy following the public prosecutor's examination at the accident scene. The gendarmerie has launched an investigation into the accident.
