Decision on TFF's request that 'the Super League not be registered'

The Arbitration Board of the Turkish Football Federation announced its decision regarding Kayserispor's application for the non-registration of the 2025/26 season in the leagues.

The decisions of the Arbitration Board have been announced on the website of the Turkish Football Federation. In the statement made by the TFF, the decision regarding Kayserispor's objection to the registration of the 2025/26 season in the leagues was included.

KAYSERISPOR'S OBJECTION REVIEWED

According to the federation's statement, the board examined Kayserispor's objection to the TFF Executive Board's registration decision concerning the results of the 2025-26 season Süper Lig, 2nd League, and 3rd League matches, based on the results in the referee reports and the standings prepared accordingly, as per Article 26 of the Football Competition Directive.

OBJECTION TO ''LEAGUE NOT BE REGISTERED'' REJECTED

The Arbitration Board rejected Kayserispor's application, and the statement included the following expressions:

"Kayserispor A.Ş.'s objection to the registration decision taken at the TFF Executive Board meeting dated 19.05.2026 regarding the results of the 2025-2026 season Süper Lig, 2nd League, and 3rd League matches, based on the results in the referee reports and the standings prepared accordingly, as per Article 26 of the Football Competition Directive, was reviewed. As a result of the deliberations; during the examination of the TFF Executive Board's decision in terms of unlawfulness, it was understood that there was no aspect contrary to procedure, substance, or directives, and it was unanimously decided to reject the objection."
