TENSION AT VILLA LED TO POLICE INVOLVEMENT
A dispute between former model Deniz Akkaya and homeowners at a villa in Maşukiye neighborhood of Kartepe, Kocaeli, ended with police intervention.
According to information obtained, police officers arriving at the scene determined that Akkaya had an outstanding warrant for a different crime. Akkaya was taken to the police station, gave a statement, and was released.
FILED COMPLAINT AGAINST HOMEOWNER
During the day, Deniz Akkaya went to Kocaeli Courthouse, made various allegations against homeowner Kürşat Akcebe, filed a complaint, and obtained a restraining order.
Speaking at the courthouse exit, Akkaya said, "I got a restraining order. From my homeowner, unfortunately. I got the restraining order because he used drugs and caused a disturbance."
Homeowner Kürşat Akcebe denied Akkaya's allegations, claiming that the former model came to his home as a guest some time ago but later occupied the house.
EVICTED UNDER POLICE SUPERVISION
The tension between Deniz Akkaya and the homeowners continued when she returned to the villa in the evening. According to allegations, when Akkaya did not let the homeowners in, police were dispatched to the address again.
Upon the eviction request and complaint of homeowners Nihan Akcebe and Kürşat Akcebe, police entered the villa on the prosecutor's order and carried out the eviction. Deniz Akkaya was removed from the house under police supervision and taken to the station in a police vehicle.

Speaking after the eviction, homeowner Kürşat Akcebe said he was sad about the events and stated: "I am very happy. I will soon reunite with my home and my children. Since she left the courthouse before me, she came to the house and locked herself in. Because she got a restraining order against me, I couldn't enter my home. Thanks to our prosecutors and police, they helped us."
Akcebe added, "Even saying this upsets me. I am sad that my friend fell into such a situation. I have cats and dogs at home. I am happy to be reunited with them." The investigation into the incident continues.
