THE CHARGE IS ANNOUNCED
The Bakırköy Chief Public Prosecutor's Office has initiated an ex officio investigation against Mahruki, who made a post about the July 15 coup attempt on a social media platform, on the charge of "Inciting the Public to Hatred and Hostility or Degradation."
It has been learned that a detention order has been issued for Mahruki within the scope of the investigation.
