In the years when he joined the production, Küçükçetin stood out with his short dark hair, clean-shaven look, and suit. HE BECAME ŞEVKET IN THE EPISODE
Yaprak Dökümü, adapted from Reşat Nuri Güntekin's novel of the same name, began broadcasting on Kanal D on September 13, 2006. The series ran for 5 seasons and 174 episodes, and its final episode aired on December 29, 2010.
In the series, the character Şevket, son of Ali Rıza Bey, was first played by Caner Kurtaran. After Kurtaran left the series around the 97th episode, the central character was not removed from the script, and the role was given to Hasan Küçükçetin. Küçükçetin played Şevket until the final episode of the series, which he joined in the 2008-2009 season.

In a 2025 interview with Sabah, Küçükçetin said he had not actually planned to join Yaprak Dökümü. The actor, who noted that after the series Menekşe ile Halil, producer Kerem Çatay offered him the Ezel project, said, “Ezel. I was going to play Cengiz there.” Küçükçetin used the words, “When rumors of an economic crisis emerged, Kerem Çatay postponed the project.”
Küçükçetin explained that he was then offered the role of Şevket for 12 episodes, and said this process lasted about 2.5 years.
WHO IS HASAN KÜÇÜKÇETİN?
Hasan Küçükçetin was born on June 6, 1981, in the Burhaniye district of Balıkesir. He graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University State Conservatory, Department of Theater. The actor married interior architect Nazlı Yavuzcan in 2014.
