“I WANT TO FACE CHARGES IN MEXICO”
Requesting extradition to his home country, Guzman stated that he wants to face the charges against him in Mexico.
CLEAR REJECTION FROM THE COURT
District Judge Brian Cogan rejected the application, stating that the request was “unreasonable” and lacked a legal basis.
