According to the statement made by the club, before leaving Istanbul, the Brazilian footballer first came to Fenerbahçe Can Bartu Facilities; he met with head coach İsmail Kartal, the players, the technical staff, and club employees. Fred then moved to the club building and said goodbye to President Aziz Yıldırım and board members Mahmut Uslu, Önder Fırat, Tanju Kaya, Yasemin Babayiğit, Ahmet Murat İman, and Fenerbahçe Football AŞ Board Member Mehmet İman.
