Images emerged of Dara, who brought Bulgaria its first Eurovision victory by placing ahead of Israel, wearing a Galatasaray jersey and asking for votes from Turkish fans before the grand final.

A video has emerged of the famous singer Dara, who brought Bulgaria a historic victory by surpassing Israel in the Eurovision Song Contest, preparing a message for her Turkish fans before the grand final.

SHE ASKED FOR SUPPORT IN A GALATASARAY JERSEY 

Just before winning the contest, Dara stepped in front of the camera, drawing attention with the Galatasaray jersey she was wearing. Dara, whose husband is reportedly Turkish, began her message in Turkish by saying, "Hello Turkey, how are you?" 

"YOU CAN VOTE FOR BULGARIA"

Reminding fans that she would perform on the grand final night, the successful artist asked Turkish music lovers for support with these words: "I am Dara. Tonight I am performing in the Eurovision grand final. If you want to get excited with me saying 'Bangaranga', you can vote for Bulgaria with number 12!"
