A foreclosure proceeding has been initiated against Karşıyaka, who are continuing their preparations for the new season, due to the unpaid transfer fee of Muhammet Ensar Akgün, who was transferred by Manisa Football Club last summer.

Before the new season in TFF 3rd League Group 2, Karşıyaka, which entered a camp at Fenerbahçe's facilities in Düzce Topuk Yaylası, was sent an execution proceeding by the Aegean representative of the 1st League, Manisa Football Club.

ENFORCEMENT PROCESS FROM MANISA FK TO KARŞIYAKA

Manisa FK initiated enforcement proceedings against the green-reds due to the unpaid 2 million TL transfer fee for stoper Muhammet Ensar Akgün, whom Karşıyaka had transferred last summer. It was learned that the payment of the promissory note dated 21 August 2025 and due on 30 June 2026, issued to Manisa FK for Ensar's transfer, was not fulfilled.

In the payment order of 2 million 59 thousand 625 TL including legal interest, sent by the 4th Enforcement Office of Karşıyaka, besides the Karşıyaka Sports Club Association, former president Aygün Cicibaş and second president Tolga Üner, who had signing authority at the club at that time, were held responsible. The enforcement and payment order was also sent to Cicibaş and Üner. While the enforcement office requested that the payment be made to the office's bank account within 10 days from the notification date, it also left the objection route open. Karşıyaka had signed a contract with Ensar, one of the team's regulars, last season until 2027.
