At the Unreal x Jeton concert held in Şişli yesterday, F.A., T.M., and M.S.R. fell ill and were taken to hospital. It was learned that F.A. died, while T.M. and M.S.R. remain in critical condition, and an investigation has been launched into the concert, which had approximately 5,000 attendees.
F.A. (29), T.M. (33), and M.S.R. (24), who fell ill at the concert held at the Istanbul Congress Center, were taken to hospital. F.A. died, while it was learned that the other two people remain in life-threatening condition.
THREE PEOPLE TAKEN TO HOSPITAL
F.A., T.M., and M.S.R., who attended the “Unreal x Jeton” concert held yesterday at the Istanbul Congress Center, fell ill around 03:15. Upon notification, medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
The three people, who received initial treatment, were taken to Taksim Training and Research Hospital. F.A. could not be saved despite all interventions at the hospital. It was learned that T.M. and M.S.R. are still being treated and are in life-threatening condition.
In the police teams' investigation, the possibility that the three people may have fallen ill due to alcohol and drug use is being considered. The exact cause of F.A.'s death will be determined after an autopsy to be performed at the Forensic Medicine Institute.
APPROXIMATELY 5,000 PEOPLE ATTENDED THE CONCERT
In the police's initial investigation, it was determined that only those over the age of 18 were admitted to the concert held between 21:00 and 04:00, and alcohol was served in the hall. It was learned that approximately 5,000 people attended the concert and that the necessary documents for the organization were present.
While the police teams' investigation into the incident continues, the concert area was evacuated.
