The famous artist, returning home with his wife and child, was followed all the way to his house after being harassed over a traffic yielding argument. The attacker, getting out of his vehicle with great fury in front of Altunsaray and his family's home, physically assaulted the famous figure. During those horrific moments, the cries of his wife, who was sitting in the back seat with their child, were clearly heard.

Footage recorded from inside the vehicle during the incident shows the enraged attacker cutting off Altunsaray's car, approaching the door, and carrying out a physical assault. While the famous folk singer tried to defend himself, moments when his wife in the car screamed in tears saying, "Don't! There are children, don't! What an impolite man, there are children!" were captured second by second on camera.

Following the footage and complaint, under the coordination of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Ankara Police Department teams acted with lightning speed. The perpetrator of the traffic violence, whose identity was quickly determined, was caught red-handed and taken into custody as a result of the meticulous work of the security forces.
While Ismail Altunsaray, attacked in front of his family, and his wife remain in shock, it has been learned that legal proceedings have been initiated against the arrested urban hooligan.
