Fenerbahçe President Aziz Yıldırım drew attention with his statements at the Ordinary High Council Board Meeting. Yıldırım, who made assessments regarding the club's financial situation, announced that he would not be at Fenerbahçe after May. Yıldırım said, "After May, I'm gone; I will not come into this club again! I will also explain why. I ask you, take ownership of your club!"
Speaking at the Fenerbahçe Ordinary High Divan Board Meeting, President Aziz Yıldırım made striking statements regarding his future at the club. Stating that he would leave Fenerbahçe after May, Yıldırım also said that he would not attend the High Divan Board meetings again.
Yıldırım used the statements, "Look, I won't be here after May. I won't come into this club again. I'll tell you the reason too. Stand up for your club! Standing up for the club is not coming here and sitting down, not posting on social media. It is standing up for its rights."

Continuing his remarks, Yıldırım once again emphasized his decision to leave, saying, "I will not come to the divan again. I won't be here after May. I won't come into the club again. Stand up for your club." These words of Yıldırım became one of the most remarkable statements of the meeting regarding his future at Fenerbahçe.
"INFLATE IT AS MUCH AS YOU CAN, IT IS NOT THE TRUTH"
Also speaking about the club's financial reports, Aziz Yıldırım stated that the announced figures needed to be evaluated correctly.
Yıldırım said, "I won't speak just to explain at length, drag things out, and talk until 4-5. You should make your speeches accordingly too. Friends came and read the reports. Yesterday around 8 in the evening, I got involved as well. A new law has been enacted, and they are preparing according to it. You can play with it as you like; what matters is knowing what the truth is, knowing this. Inflate it as much as you can; it is not the truth. Mr. Tanju stated the truth here."

Also addressing the Fenerbahçe community, Yıldırım emphasized that standing up for the club was not limited to attending meetings. Asking the fans and club members to protect Fenerbahçe's rights, Yıldırım stated that he would also explain the reasons for his decision to leave.
