The two confiscated mansions belonging to Akın İpek, one of the financial officials of FETÖ who is currently a fugitive, have been put up for sale again. The White Mansion and the Brown Mansion, which were offered for sale last year at a price of 750 million lira, have a starting price of 950 million lira set for the auction scheduled for May 6.

The assets of Koza-İpek Holding, owned by FETÖ fugitive Akın İpek, were transferred to the Savings Deposit Insurance Fund (TMSF) following the coup attempt. Among the properties owned by Akın İpek were the White Mansion, one of the most beautiful and expensive real estates in the world, and the Brown Mansion.

NO BUYER HAD COME FOR BOTH MANSIONS

These two mansions, located in the Bebek district, were put up for auction on June 27 last year with a starting price of 750 million lira. However, no buyer had come forward for either mansion. The assets owned by Koza-İpek Holding were transferred to the Turkey Wealth Fund (TVF) in August 2024. Today, a statement was sent to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) from Koza Gold Enterprises AŞ, which is under the control of TVF, indicating that the White Mansion and the adjacent Brown Mansion would be sold again.
