In Kayseri, an argument between two young individuals reported to have had a prior feud quickly turned violent. In the incident that took place in the Melikgazi district, a 16-year-old child was injured by stabbing, while the suspect was apprehended shortly after by police teams.
A dispute between two hostile individuals in the Melikgazi district of Kayseri ended in bloodshed. An argument that broke out between A.K. (19) and G.B. (16) on Kızılırmak Street in Kılıçaslan Neighborhood quickly turned into a fight.
THE ARGUMENT TURNED INTO A KNIFE FIGHT
According to allegations, A.K. wounded G.B. with a knife he had with him. Upon reports from bystanders, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
After providing first aid at the scene, medical teams transported the injured child to the hospital by ambulance. G.B.'s treatment is ongoing.
THE SUSPECT WAS APPREHENDED IN A SHORT TIME
While police teams took extensive security measures in the area, the suspect A.K. was caught and taken into custody at a location near the scene. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
