Investigations carried out in the fund probe brought another new name to the agenda. The Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office requested a comprehensive investigation into the financial assets of Neslihan Mumcu, a partner in Lydia Holding, former Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism, and wife of Batuhan Mumcu. Within the scope of the request, an examination in various areas, from capital market instruments to real estate, ship and aircraft registries, came to the agenda.
There has been a new development regarding Neslihan Mumcu in the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. A request for financial measures and examination was made for Neslihan Mumcu, a partner of Lydia Holding and the wife of former Deputy Minister of Culture and Tourism and Member of the Board of the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (BTK), Batuhan Mumcu.
FREEZING OF CAPITAL MARKET INSTRUMENTS REQUESTED
According to the development announced by journalist Bahadır Özgür, the prosecutor's office requested the freezing of Neslihan Mumcu's capital market instruments within the scope of the fund investigation. In addition, control of Mumcu's asset transactions and examination of the records constituting her assets were requested.
REAL ESTATE, SHIP AND AIRCRAFT RECORDS TO BE INVESTIGATED
The prosecutor's office's request was not limited to capital market instruments only. It was requested that ship and aircraft records, as well as real estate registered in the name of Neslihan Mumcu, be investigated.
These requests came to the agenda within the scope of the fund investigation conducted by the Istanbul Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. The process regarding whether the requested measures against Mumcu will be implemented will become clear following the evaluation of the competent authorities.
