First poll after the split in CHP: AK Party clearly in first place

The results of the first election poll conducted after the split in the CHP have been published. In the survey conducted by ORC Research between July 27-29, the AK Party came in first by a wide margin, leaving its closest rival 13.1 points behind with a vote share of 32.5 percent. The New Party ranked second with 19.4 percent, while the CHP came in third with 11.8 percent. The rise in the vote share of the Great Unity Party in the poll also drew attention.

While the vote rate that the New Party, established after the split in CHP, would receive in a possible election is a matter of curiosity, ORC Research conducted its first survey on this subject.

AK PARTY LEADS WITH A CLEAR MARGIN

In the research conducted between July 27-29, participants were asked, 'If elections were held this Sunday, which party would you vote for?'

According to the results announced by ORC, the AK Party ranked first with a vote rate of 32.5 percent.

NEW PARTY SECOND, CHP THIRD

One of the striking results of the survey was the vote difference between CHP and the New Party. The New Party, established under the leadership of Özgür Özel, ranked second with a vote rate of 19.4 percent, while CHP remained at 11.8 percent. In ORC's study, CHP was seen to rank third, and the difference between the two parties was measured as 7.6 points.

According to the survey; DEM Party reaches 8.5 percent, MHP 8.1 percent, and İYİ Party 5.6 percent of the votes.

BBP'S RISE DREW ATTENTION

In the survey, the rise in the vote rate of the Great Unity Party also stood out among the notable results. While BBP reached a vote rate of 3.4 percent, the Victory Party approached 3.8 percent. Following BBP, the Felicity Party received 2.2 percent, and the New Welfare Party received 2 percent of the votes.
