Osman Çandar, who was criticized on social media for the moments when he walked his dog Nohut by holding its front paw in the Akhisar district of Manisa, denied claims that he made things difficult for the animal. In the Akhisar district of Manisa, the person who became the subject of criticism on social media over footage of the moments when he walked his dog by holding its front paw rejected the claims that he made things difficult for his animal and stated that his dog is trained and accustomed to this situation.
CAUGHT ON CAMERA IN FRONT OF THE BAKERY
The moments when Osman Çandar, who passed in front of a bakery in the district in the morning hours, walked his dog named "Nohut" by holding its front paw were recorded with a cell phone camera by someone in the vicinity. The footage shared on social media caused criticism from some users that "the dog was being put in a difficult situation."
Making a statement on the matter, Osman Çandar said that while they were going to the bakery to buy breakfast in the morning, they were filmed by someone they did not know. Expressing that he was not bothered by the footage being taken, Çandar said, "We are quite pleased with this situation. It is a good thing for it to be known what kind of animal lover I am. Because the road was very crowded, I walked him by holding his paw."
MY DOG LOVES ME A LITTLE TOO MUCH
Arguing that Nohut is a trained dog and that they walk this way because of the bond between them, Çandar stated the following:
"He wants it himself anyway. He is also a trained dog in this regard. He wants me to hold him as he jumps up like this. My dog loves me a little too much, and I love him very much too. Wherever I go, he tries to follow behind me. Sometimes, holding his paw, we walk slowly together. This is our daily routine. We are always this close to each other."
