In Bursa, Ismail Matur shot and killed his brother-in-law Yavuz Yilmaz, with whom he alleged he had romantic relationships, in the middle of the street, and his wife Canan Matur at their home. Matur was apprehended with the murder weapon and taken into custody.
A blood-curdling incident occurred in the Yıldırım district of Bursa in the morning hours. In the incident that took place around 10:00 in the Vakıf neighborhood of the Yıldırım district, İsmail Matur claimed that his wife had an affair with his brother-in-law and spread terror.

İsmail Matur opened fire with his pistol on his brother-in-law Yavuz Yılmaz, whom he encountered on the street, and after Yılmaz collapsed to the ground covered in blood, he headed to his home. After entering the house, the suspect targeted his wife Canan Matur this time and fired his weapon.
CAUGHT AT THE SCENE
Upon reports from those nearby, numerous police and medical teams were dispatched to the area. During examinations at the scene by medical teams, it was determined that both Canan Matur and Yavuz Yılmaz had lost their lives. İsmail Matur was detained at the scene by police teams along with the pistol used as the crime tool. The bodies of those who lost their lives were taken to the Bursa Forensic Medicine Institute morgue for autopsy procedures after the prosecutor's investigation.
