"12,132 YOUNG PEOPLE HAVE APPLIED SO FAR"Minister Göktaş said: "As you know, we have implemented our family and youth project with the support of our esteemed members of parliament and started the new period application. In the new period, we opened it to the citizens living in Karabük, Bartın, and Zonguldak, where the fertility rate is the lowest, and started to receive applications. 12,132 young people have applied to the Family and Youth Fund so far. Nearly 4,000 couples who meet the criteria have benefited from the credit and will continue to benefit." On the other hand, we have made some facilitations in the conditions for more young couples to benefit from this fund. Previously, among the application conditions, it was required that the total income of our couples should not exceed 2 minimum wages. Now, we are increasing the income criterion to 2.3 minimum wages, including the additional payments that individuals can receive. In this way, we are opening the way for more young people to benefit from our support. "THE SCOPE OF THE FUND IS EXPANDING"In addition, we will take a new step soon to expand the Family and Youth Fund. We will share this with the public soon. I would like to announce from here that we have started to deposit a total of 5.6 billion liras of elderly and disabled allowances into accounts for the month of September."
