In the investigation into the suspicious death of the unforgettable figure of Arabesque music, Güllü, the statement of her daughter Tuğyan's ex-fiancé Kervan Eminoğlu has emerged. Kervan Eminoğlu made striking confessions regarding the detained Tuğyan. Eminoğlu stated, "Tuğyan was saying that she would have her mother beaten, that she would have her bones broken, and that she would take revenge on her mother."
The former fiancée of Tuğyan, who was arrested as part of the investigation into the Güllü murder conducted by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, Kervan Eminoğlu, was detained on charges of instigating the murder. The statement of Kervan Eminoğlu, who is under scrutiny, has emerged.
According to a report in Sabah, Eminoğlu stated that he came to Turkey in 2021, initially settled in Istanbul, and was defrauded while working in the jewelry business. He mentioned that he moved to Yalova in 2023 and met Tuğyan via WhatsApp in April 2024.
"HE WANTED 4 QUARTERS A MONTH"
Kervan Eminoğlu, who stated that he did not use drugs or stimulants and did not see Tuğyan and Sultan using drugs or stimulants, said, "Tuğyan would constantly fight when he went to his mother's house. He would return to the house we rented. The reason for Tuğyan's fights with his mother was always about money. Güllü's daughter wanted 4 quarters a month for her child from Tuğyan."
"SHE SAID 'MAY MY MOTHER DIE'"
Eminoğlu, who explained that Tuğyan stayed with friends for a while and was very angry because his mother did not let him come home, used the following statements:
"In fact, he was telling me that he would steal his mother's gold. Throughout our relationship, Tuğyan was constantly fighting with his mother. On May 17, when I ran away from Tuğyan to Istanbul, he followed me. Then we messaged each other. I told him to go to his mother. He replied, 'May my mother die.'
"HE SAID HE WOULD BREAK HIS MOTHER'S BONES"
Eminoğlu said, "Tuğyan was saying that he would have his mother beaten, break her bones, and that he would take revenge on her."
Eminoğlu, who said, "I was helping him because I felt sorry for him after he was left on the street," continued:
"Throughout our relationship with Tuğyan, we were always either reconciled or estranged. He was constantly lying to me. On May 17, Tuğyan threatened me with my family. He even said he would put illegal substances in my car.
"I DID NOT SEE TUĞYAN USING DRUGS"
I did not see Tuğyan using drugs. But he used to go back and forth to the Romani neighborhood in Yalova. He had acquaintances there. I gave him my bank card. He was using that card. I had given him a car. I was covering all his expenses."
When asked about the photo of Güllü's house window, Eminoğlu said, "On the day of the incident, I was outside in Istanbul. I was going to meet my friend, I sent my photo. He sent me a photo of his room to show me how to send a photo. He wanted to know where I was."
"HE STOLE MY MONEY AND RING"
Eminoğlu explained that Tuğyan stole nearly 100 thousand lira and a diamond ring from his bag, saying, "After the incident, when I listened to the security camera recordings, when I told Tuğyan, 'This voice is your voice,' he said to me, 'They did this with artificial intelligence.' He wanted me to delete the messages from my phone. But I didn't delete them. After the incident, he asked me for 5 thousand dollars. He wanted this money to do a voice analysis. I didn't give him this money because I thought he might escape. Then they threatened me. I was going to file a complaint about this matter, but his two lawyers talked to my wife and convinced me to abandon this idea. This is all the information I have about the incident," he concluded.
BLOOD AND HAIR SAMPLES WILL BE TAKEN
According to the information obtained, it was learned that Kervan was referred to the Forensic Medicine Institution as part of the case. As part of the referral process, blood and hair samples will be taken from Kervan.
