The lawyers of Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter, who was detained on charges of "intentional murder" in the investigation into the death of singer Güllü, who fell from the window of her apartment on the 6th floor in Yalova, have decided to withdraw from the case. The lawyers stated that it is still unknown whether Gülter is guilty, saying, "Sufficient doubts have arisen from our perspective. We withdrew from the case in respect of Güllü's spiritual legacy." Meanwhile, Sultan Nur Ulu was released under judicial control, and Gülter's arrest was requested.

GÜLLÜ'S DAUGHTER IN CUSTODY

The investigation launched by the Yalova Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the death of singer Gül Tut, who fell from the window of her apartment on the top floor of a six-story building on Vali Akı Street in the Harmanlar neighborhood of Çınarcık district on September 26, is ongoing. Following technical and physical surveillance, a detention order was issued for Tuğyan Ülkem Gülter and his friend Sultan Nur Ulu.

THEY WERE BROUGHT TO COURT

Teams from the Istanbul Police Department and Yalova Police Department determined that the two suspects were preparing to flee abroad. Following this, the teams captured Gülter and Ulu in an operation conducted at an address in Büyükçekmece, Istanbul, on the evening of December 9. A 17-year-old individual who was present in the house at the time was also taken into custody. Gülter and Ulu were brought to court after their procedures at the police station.
