When the argument turned into a fight, one of the parties severely injured the other with a knife and fled the scene. The argument between the two turned into a fight. During the scuffle, Emin B. wounded Tugay Sarı with a knife he had on him. While Sarı collapsed to the ground, Emin B. fled the area in his car. Upon the report, police and medical teams were dispatched to the address. Sarı, who was taken to Meram Medical Faculty by ambulance, died despite all the doctors' interventions.

The fleeing Emin B. was also caught on Büyük Kumköprü Street in the Karatay district. Emin B., who was determined to have been injured during the fight, was taken to Konya City Hospital by ambulance under police custody. The police launched an investigation into the incident.
