In the Buca district of Izmir, a 39-year-old mother of two, who was shot in the throat with a pistol by her husband during an argument, lost her life. The suspect, who fled after the incident, was quickly apprehended and taken into custody.

THE BULLET HIT HER THROAT
The incident occurred around 9:30 PM on the ground floor of a 3-story building in the Çamlıpınar Neighborhood. According to the claim, an argument broke out between Nurcan Çubuk and her husband Ç.Ç. for a reason that has not yet been determined. The incident, which turned into a fight, ended with Ç.Ç. shooting his wife with a pistol. Upon notification by neighbors, health and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The examination by the health teams determined that 39-year-old Nurcan Çubuk, who was hit by a bullet in the throat, had died.
SHE TRIED TO FLEE BUT WAS NOT SUCCESSFUL
After the work of the crime scene investigation teams, the lifeless body of the mother of two was taken to the Izmir Forensic Medicine Institute morgue. The murder suspect husband, who fled after the incident, was caught by police teams in the Karabağlar district and taken into custody. An investigation into the incident has been launched.
