HE CALLED HIS WIFE'S EMPLOYEE FOR A MEETING
The incident occurred on May 30 in Sarıyer's Huzur neighborhood. According to the allegations, Hakan K. (37) called İskender T. (36), who works at a pastry and baklava business owned by his wife Kübra Ceren K., and asked to meet.
After the two met in the neighborhood, Hakan K. asked İskender T., 'What is between you and my wife?' İskender T. said that Kübra Ceren K. is his boss and there is no relationship between them.
FIRST HIT WITH THE BUTT, THEN OPENED FIRE
The argument between the parties quickly escalated. According to the allegations, Hakan K. hit İskender T. on the head with the butt of his gun. He then fired the pistol and wounded him in the foot.
After the attack, the suspect fled the scene by car, while the injured İskender T. left the area in his own vehicle.
THE INJURED WENT TO THE HOSPITAL BY HIS OWN MEANS
İskender T. called his friend Kadir T. and asked for help. The injured person was then taken to Seyrantepe Hamidiye Training and Research Hospital.
Police teams arriving at the scene upon notification conducted investigations and found empty cartridge cases and blood stains.
POLICE TRACKED HIM TO ÇANAKKALE
Teams from the Sarıyer Public Order Bureau, who initiated an investigation into the incident, identified the license plate of the suspect's escape vehicle. Investigations revealed that Hakan K. had gone to the Bayramiç district of Çanakkale.
The suspect, who was taken under surveillance by police teams, was caught after a chase lasting approximately 50 kilometers.
11 CRIMINAL RECORDS FOUND
During a search of the detained Hakan K., 3 bullets were seized. It was learned that the suspect stated he threw away the gun used in the incident during his escape.
Police investigations revealed that Hakan K. had a total of 11 records for offenses including 'Violation of the Firearms Law', 'Using narcotic substances', 'Threat', and 'Insult'.
After his procedures at the police station, the suspect was referred to the courthouse and was arrested by the court on charges of 'Intentional injury' and sent to prison.
'YOU BURNED BOTH ME AND YOURSELF'
In his statement, the injured İskender T. recounted that Hakan K. first pointed the gun, then asked if he had a relationship with his wife.
İskender T. stated that he was attacked even though he said there was no relationship between him and his boss, and expressed that the suspect, after shooting him, said 'You burned both me and yourself, are you happy?' and fled the scene.

The events were also reflected on nearby security cameras. The footage includes moments when the parties talked on the street, then the argument escalated, and the attack occurred. The cameras also recorded the injured person heading to his vehicle and the suspect driving away from the scene in his car.
