In Istanbul's Fatih district, a person was injured by gunfire during a dispute over a debt issue at the Spice Bazaar. Following the incident, the attacker was detained by the police.
BLOOD WAS SHED IN THE DEBT FIGHT
The incident occurred today around 11:00 AM in Fatih. According to the information obtained, a dispute broke out between B.A. and A.U. at the entrance of the Spice Bazaar over a debt issue. As the argument escalated into a fight, B.A. fired a weapon at A.U. As a result of the gunfire, A.U. was injured and fell to the ground.
DETAINED
Upon the notification of nearby citizens, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene. The injured A.U. was taken to the hospital by ambulance after the intervention of the medical teams. The armed assailant was caught by the police along with the weapon used in the incident and was taken into custody.
