Altay, a team from the 3rd League, received a penalty of -6 points from FIFA due to its debt to former goalkeeper Adam Stachowiak.
It has been announced that Altay, one of the teams in the 3rd League 4th Group, will receive a -6 point deduction from FIFA due to its debt to former foreign goalkeeper Adam Stachowiak.
"WE WILL NOT GIVE UP"
President Sinan Kanlı stated, "Our struggle to avoid the negative points that have been ongoing for days has unfortunately resulted negatively due to goalkeeper Adam Stachowiak's unwillingness to reach any agreement or compromise. Despite playing only a few matches for our club, Stachowiak has demanded a one-time payment of over 600 thousand Euros, including interest."
President Kanlı, who said, "Unfortunately, the games being played against Altay continue," added, "The club going amateur means the player's receivables will disappear. What is the intention here? Despite everything, we will not give up. We will fight collectively in every match we play; we will try to gather as many points as necessary from each match to keep this club alive. We have suffered a serious blow in Altay's struggle for existence. We declare a mobilization for all matches of the league. This struggle cannot be won without fighting as a community and in the stands."
