The incident occurred near Tersane Beach, located in the Kapuz Caddesi area of central Zonguldak, during the afternoon hours of yesterday. According to the information obtained; Bayram Kahveci, who came to Tersane Beach with his friend B.S. (34) to cool off, encountered the obstacle of bad weather.

THEY IGNORED THE WARNINGS AND WENT TO THE ROCKS

Beach officials warned the two, stating that entering the sea was strictly prohibited due to poor weather conditions and dangerous waves. After being warned by the officials, Kahveci and his friend made a dangerous decision and moved to the rocky area approximately 200-300 meters away from the beach.
