The reasons for the arrest of the leader of the Süleymancılar, Alihan Kuriş, and 31 suspects, as well as the charges against them, have been revealed. The court stated that the MASAK report, witness statements, and search records constitute strong suspicion of crime regarding the charges of "establishing an organization with the aim of committing crimes," "fraud to the detriment of public institutions and organizations," and "creating the impression that asset values were obtained through legitimate means." It was ruled that judicial control would be insufficient due to the possibility of evidence tampering.
38 suspects detained in the Alihan Kuris criminal organization investigation, conducted under the coordination of the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, were referred to the courthouse. The court decided to arrest 32 suspects, including Alihan Kuris, and release 6 suspects under judicial control.
ALL 38 SUSPECTS REFERRED WITH REQUEST FOR ARREST
The 38 suspects detained during the operation carried out by the Ankara Provincial Police Department's Financial Crimes Branch Directorate were brought to the Ankara Courthouse in the late hours after the completion of police procedures. In a statement from the Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was reported that all suspects detained within the scope of the investigation were referred to the Criminal Judgeship of Peace with a request for arrest. Of the suspects who appeared before the judgeship, 32 were arrested while 6 were released under judicial control. It was emphasized that the investigation is being conducted meticulously and from multiple angles.
NAMES ARRESTED AND PLACED UNDER JUDICIAL CONTROL
The 6 individuals released under judicial control within the framework of the investigation were Yusuf Buyukgoze, Ahmet Gokcen, Omer Yilmaz, Ahmet Efe, Ismail Hakki Akgun, and Selman Suleyman Keskekci.
The list of 32 people arrested and sent to prison includes the following names: Alihan Kuris, Fahri Candemir, Suleyman Kahraman, Recep Okumuslar, Seref Toprak, Mehmet Hilmi Molla, Nezih Murat Buyukgoze, Metin Guder, Hilmi Senol, Suleyman Hilmi Dinc, Yunus Aslan, Muharrem Hilmi Akbulut, Mehmet Aksu, Muhammed Dag, Mehmet Bozpinar, Mehmet Akbacakoglu, Ahmet Simsek, Abdulkerim Emrah, Isa Cardak, Cevat Bagci, Zeki Altinel, Huseyin Turker, Mehmet Kurban, Mehmet Tekin, Mustafa Gokduman, Hamza Deniz, Kazim Per, Ahmet Ugut Pekcan, Ridvan Erdal, Zubeyr Ozcan, Hayrullah Usul, and Muhammet Karakose.
HERE IS THE COURT'S REASON FOR ARREST
The legal justifications for the arrest decision by the Criminal Judgeship of Peace have also emerged. In the court decision; attention was drawn to the charges of creating the impression that the suspects' assets were obtained through legitimate means, fraud against public institutions and organizations, and establishing an organization for the purpose of committing crimes. It was stated that the suspects' statements to the police, prosecutor, and judgeship, the findings in the MASAK report, search and seizure records, and witness testimonies revealed strong suspicion of crime.
The decision also considered that the alleged crime is among the catalog offenses listed in Article 100/3-a of the CMK, the manner of the incident, and the suspicion of tampering with evidence. At this stage, it was ruled that judicial control measures would be insufficient and that the arrest decision was proportionate, resulting in the separate arrest of the suspects.

Meanwhile, Alihan Kuris, whose single image had not emerged since the day he was detained, was seen waving to those waiting for him during his transfer to prison.
