In the Ardeşen district of Rize, a pickup truck rolled off a cliff, resulting in the driver Adem Altıparmak dying at the scene and his wife Fatma Altıparmak passing away at the hospital where she was taken.
A husband and wife lost their lives when the pickup truck they were in rolled off a cliff in Rize. The accident occurred in the Bayırcık village of the Ardeşen district in the morning hours. According to information obtained, the pickup truck with license plate 53 HR 291, under the control of driver Adem Altıparmak, rolled off a cliff after the driver lost control of the steering wheel for an unknown reason.
INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED INTO THE ACCIDENT
In the accident, Adem Altıparmak lost his life at the scene, while his wife Fatma Altıparmak was taken to Kaçkar State Hospital with serious injuries by an ambulance that arrived at the scene. Despite all interventions, Fatma Altıparmak could not be saved.
An investigation has been launched into the accident.
