"Within the scope of the work carried out regarding the armed attack incident that occurred at Ahmet Koyuncu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School in Siverek district of Şanlıurfa province on April 14, 16 suspects have been detained. Procedures against the suspects are ongoing."

In Siverek, 19-year-old former student Ömer Ket, who entered Ahmet Koyuncu Vocational and Technical Anatolian High School and opened fire randomly, injured 16 people before ending his own life.
