In the Payas district of Hatay, parked vehicles were damaged as a result of the collapse of a retaining wall. Fire and medical teams were dispatched to the scene.
THE RETAINING WALL COLLAPSED ONTO VEHICLES
The incident occurred in the evening hours in the Karacami neighborhood of Payas district. The retaining wall by the roadside collapsed for unknown reasons.
As a result of the collapse, rock fragments that broke off from the retaining wall fell onto the parked vehicles. Following the report, fire, medical, and AFAD teams were dispatched to the area. The teams' investigations at the scene are ongoing.
