Famous rapper Yusuf Aktaş, known as Reynmen, who was detained as part of a drug investigation, reacted to journalists by saying, "There is no need to shoot this closely," while being taken back to the gendarmerie command after undergoing a health check.
In a statement made by the Istanbul Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was noted that an investigation is being conducted for the crimes of "manufacturing and trafficking of narcotic or stimulant substances," "facilitating the use of narcotic or stimulant substances," and "purchasing, accepting, or possessing narcotic or stimulant substances for use, or using narcotic or stimulant substances."

In this context, it was recorded in the statement that search and detention operations were carried out in Istanbul, Ankara, Muğla, and Yalova, and it was reported that Hasan Can Kaya, Yusuf Aktaş (Reynmen), Emirhan Çakal, Mazlum Aktürk, Mert Eren Bülbül, Sıla Dündar, Döndü Şahin, Burak Güngör, Ahmet Can Dündar, Berkcan Güven, and Fırat Yayla were detained in the early hours of the morning. The detained individuals were subjected to a health check at Şişli Hamidiye Etfal Seyrantepe Training and Research Hospital.
