In Şanlıurfa, a car that went out of the driver's control overturned into a ditch. Three people lost their lives in the accident, and one person was injured.
INJURED TRAPPED IN VEHICLE
The accident occurred late at night on the 26th kilometer of the Siverek–Diyarbakır highway. According to allegations, the car, whose driver lost control of the steering wheel, went out of control and overturned into a ditch. Upon reports from other drivers who witnessed the accident, health, gendarmerie, and fire brigade teams were dispatched to the region. The injured individuals trapped inside the vehicle were extracted by firefighters and handed over to medical personnel.
THREE PEOPLE LOST THEIR LIVES
In the initial examination by health teams at the scene, it was determined that Hamza Kesik (40), Safiye Kesik (55), and Mizgin Kesik (25) had lost their lives. The injured İhsan Kesik (31) was taken to the hospital by ambulance after initial intervention and placed under treatment. The bodies of the three deceased were taken to the forensic medicine morgue for autopsy after the investigations at the scene.
The gendarmerie has launched an investigation into the accident.
