The so-called influencer Fatma Soydaş, who was investigated for "publicly degrading religious values" due to her posts on social media platforms targeting religious values, was referred to the courthouse after her procedures at the police station. FAMOUS INFLUENCER DETAINED
According to the Chief Public Prosecutor's statement, an investigation was launched against Soydaş, who posted under the username "fffatmaase_", for the crimes of "publicly insulting religious values adopted by a segment of the public" and "publishing obscene images."
COURT ISSUES ARREST WARRANT
Within the scope of the investigation, a capture warrant was issued for Soydaş, and she was detained in Istanbul. Following her procedures at the police station, Soydaş gave her statement via the Audio and Visual Information System (SEGBIS) and was referred to the duty judge with a request for arrest. The court decided to arrest Soydaş.

Meanwhile, during her statement at the prosecutor's office, Soydaş denied the accusations and claimed the posts were created by artificial intelligence. In her defense, she said: "I did not make any obscene content in my subscription content either. Everyone thinks I made those posts. Everyone thinks so because of the AI-generated photos made in my name. In fact, an AI-generated photo of mine with a four-toed foot was shared. Even the dress seen there is not my dress. These are slanders and misleading posts made against me."

Explaining another controversial post, Soydaş defended herself by saying, "About the post you asked me, the photo of me holding a drink does not indicate that the drink is beer. I think it was perceived as beer only because of the foam. When I saw that this post was perceived that way, I realized it did not align with my beliefs and views, and I removed the post."
