A bomb placed in the elevator of a luxury residence on the ground floor in Moscow, the capital of Russia, exploded, resulting in the deaths of Armen Sarkisyan, the founder of a battalion fighting against Ukraine, and his bodyguard. It was reported that the attack occurred at the "Scarlet Sails" complex, located just 12 kilometers from the Kremlin.

Authorities stated that the explosion, which took place at the "Scarlet Sails" complex on the banks of the Moscow River, just 12 kilometers away from the Kremlin, was caused by an unidentified device that exploded in the elevator.

SECURITY CLASSIFIED IT AS "ASSASSINATION"

Russian security forces classified the explosion as an "assassination," and an investigation into the incident has been launched.
