In the latest list of food fraudsters disclosed by the ministry, kebab shops in metropolitan areas were also included.

The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry has updated the list of companies engaged in imitation and adulteration. The list now includes kebab shops operating in metropolitan areas.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE 11 BRANDS

Upon examining the published lists, it was noted that olive oils, cheeses, meatballs, and many other products were included, while kebab shops in Istanbul, Ankara, and Izmir drew attention. It was determined that kebab shops were using meat from single-hoofed animals, poultry, and offal instead of red meat.

The Ministry has added new companies to the list published under the headings 'Imitation or Adulterated Foods' and 'Foods That May Endanger Health'. The list included findings that various kebab shops were using meat from single-hoofed animals, poultry, and offal in their products.
