In the trial regarding the murder of Narin Güran at the 8th Heavy Penal Court of Diyarbakır, the prosecution made the following requests in its indictment regarding the main case.

• Defendants Enes Güran and Yüksel Güran were requested to be sentenced to aggravated life imprisonment for the intentional murder of a child in complicity, in accordance with Articles 37/1, 82/1-d,e, 53/1, and 63 of the Turkish Penal Code (TCK).
