In Zonguldak, a car that went out of control flipped over, crossed the median divider, and came to a stop after hitting vehicles in the opposite lane. The 19-year-old young driver, who was pulled from the wreck—reduced to a pile of metal by the force of the crash—with serious injuries, is fighting for his life in the hospital.
Zonguldak was shaken by a horrific traffic accident that occurred at a tunnel exit during the evening hours. In the incident at the exit of the Teoman Duralı Tunnels in the Merkez Karaelmas Mahallesi area, a car whose driver lost control was reduced to a heap of scrap metal, and the 19-year-old driver is fighting for his life.
According to the information obtained; the car with license plate 67 ABP 922, driven by 19-year-old S.S., went out of control for an unknown reason at the tunnel exit. The vehicle, whose driver lost control of the steering wheel, quickly spun and began to roll over. The car, dragged for meters, crossed the median and entered the opposite lane, only stopping after crashing into two parked vehicles on the roadside.

Upon the report of other drivers who witnessed the terrifying accident, teams swarmed the area. Numerous health, police, fire, and AFAD teams were dispatched to the scene in a short time. The seriously injured driver, S.S., who was reportedly thrown from the vehicle onto the road due to the impact, received first aid at the scene from health teams. It was reported that the young driver, who was then rushed to the hospital by ambulance, continues to be in life-threatening condition and remains critical.

Traffic on the route was temporarily paralyzed due to the accident. Police teams took extensive security measures in the area to prevent potential further accidents, while traffic flow was controlled through a single lane. The car, which became almost unrecognizable and turned into a pile of scrap metal from the impact, was removed from the road with the help of a tow truck.
After municipal and cleaning teams cleared the debris on the road, traffic flow at the tunnel exit returned to normal. Police teams launched a comprehensive investigation to determine the exact cause of the accident.
