Irfan Karatutlu, a member of the DEVA Party elected from the CHP list, has resigned from his party. It has been learned that Karatutlu will join the AK Party at the AK Party Group Meeting on Wednesday, where President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan will present him with his badge.
