Cenk Eren stated that after Metin Arolat’s death, during a heart check-up he had, he learned that his right main artery was 99 percent blocked. The singer, who said he experienced no symptoms, recounted that the doctors asked him, “How did you not have a heart attack?”
Singer Cenk Eren, on a program he appeared on, spoke about a heart condition he experienced in the past and the habits he changed after treatment. After Metin Arolat passed away, Eren decided to have his heart health checked and said the results surprised him.
HE FELT NO SYMPTOMS AT ALL
Stating that as a result of virtual angiography, a 99 percent blockage was detected in his right main artery, Eren recounted that he was met with the doctors' words: “How did you not have a heart attack, how did you come here alone?”
Emphasizing that he had no complaints, the singer told that the doctors said he could not leave the hospital in that condition. A stent was placed in Eren's artery.
HE GOT SUPPORT TO QUIT SMOKING
Eren, who changed his lifestyle habits after treatment, also explained that he received professional help to quit smoking. Saying that he benefited from psychiatrist support, the singer stated that for two years the decision that has made him happiest is quitting smoking.
