The "Tablo brush and watercolor set," determined to pose a threat to children's health, has been added to the list of unsafe products, and a decision was made to ban its sale and recall it from the market. The Ministry called on families to be cautious about unsafe products.

PRODUCT SOLD IN CHAIN STORES FOUND UNSAFE
The Ministry of Trade scrutinized a stationery product as part of inspections conducted to ensure the safety of products offered for sale on the market. In the examinations, it was determined that a "Painting brush and watercolor set" offered for sale by a brand with chain stores posed a chemical risk. When it was identified that the product used by children while painting did not meet safety criteria, the Ministry took action. Following the inspection results, the set in question was assessed as an unsafe product, and administrative proceedings were initiated against it.
SALES BANNED, RECALL DECISION ISSUED
The Ministry banned the placing on the market of the product determined to pose a risk to children's health. With the decision taken, it was decided to recall the "Painting brush and watercolor set" from the market. Thus, it was aimed to prevent the product carrying a chemical risk from reaching consumers.
MINISTRY EMPHASIZES CHILD HEALTH
In its written statement on the matter, the Ministry of Trade emphasized that inspections of products used by children continue resolutely. The following statements were included in the Ministry's statement: "Within the scope of market surveillance and inspections carried out by our Ministry of Trade, our fight against products that threaten children's health continues resolutely. As a result of the examinations, the 'Painting brush and watercolor set' of a brand with chain stores was found unsafe due to carrying a chemical risk. The product's placement on the market has been banned, and its recall has been decided. Our children's health comes before everything.
