At Victoria’s Secret’s 2026 show in Los Angeles, Kylie Jenner wore this year’s Fantasy Bra. Reality show star and entrepreneur Jenner sparked criticism by walking the runway in a design worth approximately $50 million despite not being a Victoria’s Secret Angel or a professional model.

While comments were made on social media that Jenner got onto the runway through favoritism, it was argued that there were many models who could have worn the Fantasy Bra better than her and that the choice was unfair to other supermodels. BRAND EXPLAINS REASON FOR CHOICE
Victoria’s Secret Chief Creative Director Adam Selman said in a statement to Vogue that Jenner has an influence that goes beyond fashion, culture, and television. Noting that the show is a major entertainment event, Selman described Jenner as “a great catalyst” for this show.
Stating that Jenner has created her own culture, Selman explained that the brand wanted to offer fans both a magnificent Fantasy Bra and an unexpected name with a large following and cultural impact. Selman also said he found this different pairing “joyful” and “fun.”
4,410 DIAMONDS WERE USED IN THE DESIGN
The design worn by Jenner became the most expensive Fantasy Bra ever used in Victoria’s Secret shows to date. The bra featured 4,410 natural diamonds, including a 75.54-carat yellow center diamond reported to be worth $22 million.
The design, prepared through more than a thousand hours of work by 15 artisans, was announced to weigh approximately 1.8 kilograms.
