In the attack, a young female lawyer who was seriously injured died in the hospital she was taken to, while her sister, who was shot in the knee, was taken under treatment. The incident occurred at around 17:00 in Ağaköy Mahallesi, Gürsu district. According to allegations, fire was opened from a vehicle that arrived outside the warehouse where a father and his two daughters were present. As a result of the gunfire, Elif Ç., who was targeted by the bullets, was wounded in the knee, while her sister, lawyer Hatice Kocaefe, who was taken to Bursa Yüksek İhtisas Training and Research Hospital in serious condition, lost her life despite all interventions. It was learned that the injured Elif Ç.'s health condition is good.

While it is alleged that the incident occurred due to a feud arising from a debt and credit matter, gendarmerie teams launched an extensive operation to capture the fleeing suspect or suspects.
