CRITICAL MARATHON AT SARAÇOĞLU
On the first day of the extraordinary general assembly held at Chobani Stadium, financial and administrative activity reports will be discussed and discharge votes will be held. Congress members will also take the stage to share their views and suggestions. At the end of the day, presidential candidates Aziz Yıldırım and Hakan Safi will make their final speeches before the election, seeking support from the members.
ALİ KOÇ AND SADETTİN SARAN TERMS TO BE DISCHARGED
At the general assembly, management and supervisory board reports from two different periods will be read. Members will vote on the activities of the Ali Koç administration between June 1, 2025 and September 21, 2025, as well as the work of the Sadettin Saran administration for the period from September 22, 2025 to February 28, 2026.
THE NEW PRESIDENT WILL SERVE FOR 1 YEAR
Sadettin Saran, who was elected president on September 21, 2025, by surpassing Ali Koç in the election at Fenerbahçe, had decided on an extraordinary election before completing his term. Therefore, the new president who wins the election will serve for approximately one year until the ordinary general assembly to be held in June 2027, according to the regular schedule.
AZİZ YILDIRIM AND HAKAN SAFİ ARE COMPETING
Fenerbahçe's former president Aziz Yıldırım is competing to return to office after his 20-year presidency from 1998 to 2018. Hakan Safi, who is a candidate for the presidency, aims to open the door to a new era at the club.
VOTING PROCESS TOMORROW
On the second day of the election, members will cast their votes at ballot boxes set up next to Chobani Stadium. After the voting process is completed, the ballot boxes will be opened and Fenerbahçe's new president will be officially determined.
