President Recep Tayyip Erdogan welcomed Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, who came to Türkiye for official contacts, with an official ceremony at the Presidential Complex. In the meeting to be held between Erdogan and Abbas, bilateral relations and regional issues, especially the latest developments in Gaza and Palestine, are expected to be discussed. Abbas last came to Türkiye on September 18, 2025.
