"THE FIRST NOVEL I READ WAS YAPRAK DÖKÜMÜ"
Halil Ergün also revealed for the first time the special meaning the series holds for him. The famous actor stated that he read Reşat Nuri Güntekin's novel at a young age, saying, "The first novel I read was Yaprak Dökümü. When the first offer came, I was very scared. I went out to the garden early for the death scene; my children were upstairs. I wanted to experience the feeling of farewell; I was very affected until I closed my eyes," he expressed.
