Other areas are predicted to be slightly cloudy and clear. Rainfall is expected to be strong in the regions of Ordu, Giresun, and Trabzon, very strong in the regions of Rize and Artvin, and strong with occasional heavy snow in the higher elevations. Winds are expected to be strong (40-60 km/h) from the north in the southwestern Marmara, northern Aegean coasts, Central and Eastern Black Sea, and northeastern Eastern Anatolia.
STRONG RAIN WARNING
According to the latest assessments; local strong rainfall (21-50 kg/m2) is expected in Giresun and Trabzon, while very strong local rainfall (51-75 kg/m2) is expected in the regions of Rize and the north and east of Artvin. It is predicted that the rainfall will be strong and occasionally heavy snow in the higher elevations above 900 meters. With the strong rainfall, caution and preparedness should be taken against disruptions in transportation, landslides, floods, water inundation, icing, and frost in higher areas.

It is expected to be partly very cloudy, with rain and showers throughout the region, and mixed rain and snow in the higher elevations. Fog and occasional mist are expected in the inner parts of the region in the morning and evening hours.
CENTRAL and EASTERN BLACK SEA
It is expected to be partly and very cloudy, with rain and showers in the Central Black Sea coasts and Eastern Black Sea regions, and mixed rain and snow in the inland and higher elevations.
