According to TÜİK data, the Producer Price Index (Yİ-ÜFE) increased by 43.93% based on 12-month averages. With this increase, traffic fines will rise by approximately 50% at the beginning of the year; the penalty for running a red light or using a mobile phone will be 2,167 lira.



The Turkish Statistical Institute (TÜİK) has calculated the revaluation rate, and the increase rate applied to taxes, fees, and fines since the beginning of the year is 43.93%.
